About

I'm a marketing manager with six years running the demand and marketing operations function at Premier Lending, a US mortgage lender. Today that function supports $29M in monthly funded volume across 89 units at $18.8K in monthly marketing spend — 6.5 basis points of volume — with no paid media budget.

I joined in 2020 and built the department's reporting and onboarding infrastructure from zero. Since then I've led the Salesforce CRM implementation end to end, built the brand identity for two operating entities, relaunched the corporate website, and moved an AI-augmented production stack — content, video, design, and underwriting chatbots — into daily use rather than pilot.

Before Premier Lending I spent three years as a business analyst at Bayan Advisers, building export growth and go-to-market strategies for FMCG, microfinance, and trade-promotion clients.

How I work

  • Diagnose before building.Start with the question and the data, find the root cause, plan backward from the outcome.
  • Build systems, not one-offs.Workflows, templates, and documentation outlast any single campaign.
  • Measure in the business's units.Funded volume, cost per unit, pipeline conversion — not impressions.
  • Keep stakeholders in the loop.Clear scope, visible status, no surprises.
  • Tenacity, resourcefulness, kindness. Results matter; so does how you get them.
